I know this is an aro, but I'm assuming the aging is why I'm really getting the really easy going blend flavors and little or nothing in the way of "topping" - never had a "fresh" sample. I really enjoy this and got it from a forum member some time ago and lucky for me in a fairly large quantity (by my standards, haha).
