I love both and they're very similar. As far as I can tell, the biggest difference is CM has a higher percentage of crustydusty black Va Cavendish, and is sweeter as a result.

During our Thursday evening Chicago Buds ZOOM, I filled the bowl of my Rich Lewis rusticated Calabash, with McClelland's 2004 Anniversary Pipe Tobacco. (Rich did an amazing job of repairing a chip I put in the rim. It looks new. This pipe is a favorite and an exceptional smoker. Below is a photo of the "injury.")

Last smoke of the day is Wilke Beta Test #1PC in a light brown 1979 rusticated medium bend Italian Sir Jeffrey Dublin (GBD second) sitter with a flared top and yellow saddle stem. Reading while this bowl lasts.
