Celebrating my 70th Birthday with Billy Budd in a Brigham quarter bend rusticated 3 dot, followed by Edgeworth RR match in my grandfather's pipe, a Dr. Thomas Special with a saddle stem. Drinking Buffalo Trace bourbon with an Irish coffee.

The figuring on that pipe is beautiful. As soon as I saw this picture, I went looking. I was able to find one listed and pictured as a sandblasted as opposed to the usual smooth or rusticated. Not as stunning as yours, but hopefully an interesting blast. May I ask where you purchased this pipe?

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight late ‘50s, early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Cannon is on TV, and I am phone chatting with the fella who gifted me the pipe.
