Now smoking year 2021 first production Watch City Simply Orange Virginia in a black sandblast medium bend Peterson POTY 4AB No. 182/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Time to check the forum. Before long, I'll be reading baseball box scores.

All I had hoped for was to keep the salt away, living at the beach, and most have in fact expanded so you are right. I have more than I can smoke so may auction the good tins and jar anything that's suspicious for my own use. But, you would probably strongly agree that those light tins have to be replaced soon, wouldn't you? That would include GLP, McClelland, etc. but not the solid European tins? TIA for any advice.
Considering where you live, I would jar and/or mylar everything you weren't currently smoking as soon as you can. Humidity promotes mold growth.

1M in the Billiard with No Name. I'll omit a pic since it's the same every time.

Trying to decide how much I like 1M, since it's one of the two tobaccos I've tried and the only aromatic. Smell-wise, very pleasant--like the pipe store that my mom used to buy those wizard figurines at in the mall. To my beginner palate, I get an enjoyable tobacco taste, too.

Might try some Walter Raleigh and some Lane BCA after I've smoked most of this batch.

My main meer was in desperate need of a long-overdue cleaning. Nasty build up of pipe cleaner fluff and tar behind the tenon and the mortise piece was cemented in place. Spent an hour and a half on that, most of which was carefully trying to get the mortise part out. She's drying right now before I put a new mortise/tenon in.

Is that a Pete Red Spigot 80s ? I love the patina on the silver versus the new out of the box shiny look.

Wish I could get that look on my Pete spigots.
