Im messing with blends to come up with a Lat blend I have in my head. Right now its a mix of half a flake of HH Latakia flake, a couple of pinches HU Turrkeh and a nice pinch of Fayyum kake. Its definitely the direction I want to be going.

its been a bad day for me with pipes too, finally got my hands on a dunhill 021 redbark that’s been on my list for a long time to get it and the tenon broke on the stem

That happened to me not long ago. The lucky part is it was a basket pipe and went in the trash. A replacement stem would cost more than the new price.
