I am star struck - Cannon! I know that you are an old time radio fan as well, and that is where I know William Conrad best. He was the voice of Escape and Matt Dylan in Gunsmoke. He appeared in so many series as a guest star, I can't remember the specifics right now. I heard him in the starring role just last night on Night Beat. He was truly one of the greats.

Revisiting half and half. Did not enjoy the blend when I first sampled. Seems to be a bit more mellow after sitting in my cabinet for over a year. Who knows.
Smoked 4 bowls of WCC Rythem and Blues in various cobs doing yard work.
Earlier, I smoked a bowl of 2021 Watch City Simply Orange Virginia in a black sandblast medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 182/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.
Followed by a much needed nap, and then a bowl of year 2016 Sutliff 507-C Slices in a black sandblast PSB medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 228/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.
Then, I enjoyed a wonderful salad, giant porterhouse steak and baked potato dinner with a bowl of freshly made chocolate pudding for dessert. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2014 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth dark brown 1916 Barling The Hunt with beautiful silver work and a black vulcanite saddle stem with an orific bit. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I live near a large park (where World Cup teams practiced when the US hosted) that has a large fireworks display every year. The show was postponed due to air quality.

Having some SG Best Brown in my Savinelli 114 KS. Hank couldn’t care less.
Just finished smoking well aged 4Noggins Bald Headed Teacher in a medium brown, smooth octagonal paneled bowl and shank, medium bend 2016 Tim West Book Keeper 6 with a black acrylic saddle stem.
Off to work with a bowl of year 2020 D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
