A great rum aged Virginia Perique out the Fourth of July. Not only is this a great tobacco, but I got my best friend the job of naming it and doing the tin art. Eugene Falco does all of my art and I had been telling Sutliff they needed a tin designed by him.

Do you notice the age on this blend verse fresh? ~3 years turned it into something magical for me, wondering what 8 would do.
It’s a great smoke that’s for sure!
But unfortunately I can’t answer your question as I have never smoked a fresh tin. In fact this is only the second tin of ODF I’ve ever cracked. The first one was about 5yrs old and this one I received as part of my PM Secret Santa gift last year.

Now smoking year 2018 Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a straight smooth brown 1960s-70s BBB Own Make 506 Canadian with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink the rest of the night. Working and listening to The Adventures of Superman from my radio collection.

I’ve been smoking a lot of G,H&Co. Dark Flake (scented and unscented) for the past few months. Tonight I opened a tin of SG 1792 and am enjoying a bowl in a Barling Make billiard. It’s definitely kin to the Dark Flake family but is unique in its flavoring. We’ve had a mild June out here in the Mohave desert with morning lows seldom above 80. This evening is another beautiful night for this excellent smoke.
