Bowl of John Cotton Kentucky in an S Bang, also shown is my new Pre-Republic Pete, late 1940’s. The rim looked shot in the pics and did not cost me much, rim looks fine, I’ll have to evaluate if the rest of the pipe is in decent condition but it looks nice to me.

I paid 120$ for this Pete, Any Pete experts know if the price was good?

Looks good to me, I would pay that for it.

A third of the way through this bowl of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. No walks due to rain today. Watching the Pirates-A's game. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Oh wow, I hadn’t been paying attention to the pipes over at Iwan Ries.

I didn’t know their house pipes were from Genod. How long has Genod been making pipes for them?

YO @alaskanpiper did you know this? hmm 🤔

Going to need to now put IR on the radar, as I’m still looking. :)
Yes, it is a good idea to watch them, although they rarely have more than a few in stock.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am almost half way through this bowl of year 2018 Solani 633 in a straight 1954 patent Dunhill 148 Group 3 black shell bulldog made for the France market with a black saddle vulcanite stem. George Russell Fog Lifter, neat, is my drink.
