I’m just sticking with the 2017 C&D Kajun Kake and this 1973 Dunhill ODA 848 Red Bark. I hadn’t noticed it before, but there appears to be an over stamp of “EX” on it…

Vendors mark, factory mark…?

Ok apparently the “EX” would been an exchange. If you bought a pipe and it was replaced under the quality guarantee, then it would have been stamped “EX”.

Just took my latest gift, a Stefano Santambrogio bent rhodesian, out for the maiden smoke (you can read the backstory here if you'd like). This is my new non-aromatic, non-latakia pipe, which I filled with one of my favorite blends these days, Sutliff 507-C VA Slices. Paired nicely with a cup of earl grey tea.

Bird report: Common raven, White-breasted nuthatch, California quail, and Hairy woodpecker. Looking forward to the big cool-down that's coming...my developing tomato plants not so much.

A big thank you to my friend in Orange County for the beautiful gift! ?

...now quit stallin' and join the forum, dammit! :ROFLMAO:
