Because we were visiting our friends in Rhode Island this weekend, I missed watching the UFC Fight Night broadcast live yesterday. Going to watch UFC now and having Cornell & Diehl Small Batch Folklore (2022, 805/1000) in an unbranded, unmarked, Magnum-sized Swan Neck LC (Large Curve) with a horn stem with an orific bit; this pipe is most likely French in origin, and may be from the late 19th or early 20th Century—it is curve drilled, has a bone tenon, and a cork mortise.

Ennerdale Flake in the Moonshine Long Devil Anse and an Athletic IPA. For me, I've found tearing it up (not cubing with knife) into little 1/4"-ish pieces works best for getting it to light and burn.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with a small bowl of French vanilla ice cream for dessert. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. It's too humid for coffee, so my drink is ice water and bergs.

Just cracked open a 5 year old tin of Russ Oullette’s Acadian VaPer. An incredibly fruity perique note. Pipe is a Conquest sized GBD author.
