Time for a bowl of one of many of our favorites. Just rubbed out some Capstan Blue and backed it into my Orlik 6379. I would call it a bent billiard or bent egg. Sipping some iced tea along with it.

Bird report: California scrub-jay, House finch, Steller's jay, California towhee, Mountain chickadee, American crow, Anna's hummingbird, Hairy woodpecker, and White-breasted nuthatch.

Just finished smoking year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem.

Now smoking year 2013 Stonehaven in a straight black sandblasted 1957 Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver banded military mount and a black ebonite tapered stem. Game two of the Braves-Cards doubleheader starts in a half hour. Time to clean a few pipes.
