Here in Spain, we have a fantastic remedy. It is called gazpacho andaluz. It is very easy to prepare, it is taken cold from the refrigerator. A very refreshing, nutritious and almost zero calorie drink.

It is a reverse calabash with a short and narrow chamber. It works best with a fine cut tobacco so I’ll either smoke shag cuts or simply shred up any blend a little extra. Neat pipe for a quick smoke and can be smoked, capped, and stored in a pocket to finish later.
