My first crack of the bucket of Edward G. Robinson I bought to explore the codger blends. I don't know what I expected, but this wasn't it. I really, really like it.
Smoking St James Flake in a Stanwell after a great day exploring Bryce Canyon. Now watching the dried out local vegetation soak up some much needed rain during a thunderstorm.
Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've about a third of a bowl left of year 2013 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DR 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
About a quarter of a bowl left of year 2016 Stonehaven in a straight black sandblasted 1957 Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver banded military mount and a black ebonite tapered stem.
My buddy Chris and I are smoking Velvet (1926) in Savinelli 320 KS Authors (Series III for me, Marte for him) in Brooklyn. Our buddy, Hughy passed away this week. His wake is tomorrow.
Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking Wilke Peanut Butter and D&R Picayune plug in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer with a tapered dark tortoise shell colored acrylic stem. A friend made this plug, and sent me a couple bowls worth. It's very tasty.
