I found a tin of Fillmore from 2007 that was bulging. I don’t think I ever tried the blend. It is an amazing smoke and it’s all I have been smoking since Friday. I am hoping a new tin will be almost as good.

Headed out today with this BBB Contrast Billiard with one of the most beautiful grains you've ever seen. A terrific pipe and filled it with HH Balkan Blend from Mac Baren, which was smokable but only so-so. Been jumping around on tobaccos lately, trying to find one that suits my taste. MM 965 is still tops but Presbyterian isn't bad and Plum Pudding running second.
Match B.S.O.S.M in a Peterson Carrollton. Still looking for blends that work well in this pipe.
Should you A/B this with a new tin any time soon, I’d love to hear what fourteen years does to it.

Mac Baren: HH Old Dark Fired in a Meer...
Relaxing after a wonderful salad and chili dinner with a scoop of Triple Chocolate ice cream for dessert. I'm smoking KBV Chaotic-V in a 2002 smooth natural straight silver banded Ardor Venere Extra Fatta A Mano Maigret billiard, signed by Dorelio Rovera and a black acrylic tapered stem. Beta testing this blend that I can't discuss yet. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
