Earlier I had a bowl of C&D Hearthside in a MM Morgan and my first impression was quite favourable. It’s a suitable day here for a winter blend with strong winds making the pub sign next door screech on its metal rings. I love the sound, especially at night.
Right now I’m going for another bowl of Half and Half which fit perfectly in this antique tin, using the London Briar Rhodesian.

Peterson B5 Cara Bulldog, 9mm Filter with sterling silver band. From a distance this a fine looking pipe but up lose it has some mars. Regardless, it is a fine smoker. House blend with a bit of mish mash added at the end.

My work week is completed and I’m smoking a bowl of Samuel Gawith Best Brown. It’s still hot outside but I’m going to try to gut it out with the help of a fan and drinking plenty of ice water.

Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2014 Dan Tobacco Hamborger Veermaster in a smooth straight brown 1950 Dunhill 48 bulldog group 4 root briar with a black vulcanite fish tail saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
