Finally reamed one of my favorite pipes after months of neglect. So the next few bowls I will have to pace myself. Decided to light up a bowl of Esoterica Tilbury. I really enjoyed it when I first got it, but I hate to say the years of age have muted the flavors. Burned nice and cool, but sadly that was it. Will revisit in a few weeks since I just cracked the seal on the jar.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of Ken Byron Ventures MSP The Burley Prototype in a medium bend black sandblasted IPSD 2016 Mark Tinsky book keeper 5 with a square shank and a black acrylic saddle stem with a cream colored accent. Ice water and floaty widdle icebergs is my drink on this hot and humid day.

First smoke in a , fresh off the boat from Italy, Alberto Paronelli Volkan Morta Bullcap w/ African Wenge accent. Packed it with some 6 year old Sam Gawith Balkan Flake. This should be an exceptional smoker. The fit and finish is top notch, the drilling is perfect, the bite is very comfortable and the draw is nice and open. The Paronelli Volkan pipes are a really good deal - well-made smoking instruments that aren't spendy, as such things go. I have a Volkan bullcap that I have dedicated to aromatics.
