I'm half way through this bowl of Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight late ‘50s, early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

I love this shape. Sort of like driving a fast car or motorcycle while smoking and oversized pot. There’s just something about it. Slightly swept back, prodigious yet streamlined.

It’s a shape that had to grow on me. I didn’t really care for it at first, but now have a couple of them. And I agree about the fast, swept back feel to it. Kinda reminds me of a Nike Swoosh.
