What kind of Balandis do you have, and how does it smoke?

I bought 5 different pipes from him. Mine came from Blue Line. In my humble opinion they smoke fine. I like Peterson’s or Savs,but so far I have no complaints ,I just happened to see them,and I like blue or blue highlights and couldn’t resist due to the price. Took about 3 weeks to get them.

Gonna be a scorcher today, so I threw a giant log of cherry in the firepit to keep the deer flies at bay.

Smoking a mixture of Sutliff Field & Stream Match and Stokkebye PS41 Cube cut in a Crown Manola Sandpebble. There's Colombian La Materradonda roasted to Full City in the Gwen Frostic mug.

These are the five pipes I bought from Mr.Balandis. He threw in a cig holder. Like I said,not bad for the price.

Enjoying some Royal Yacht (Peterson's) in a "Crosby - Royal St. George" Bing-style pipe. I have been unable to find any information on this pipe unfortunately. I find the Royal Yacht is a great blend for enjoying indoors and sipping slowly, as I'm doing now, but its subtle characteristics don't bode so we'll for me when I smoke it outdoors.

C&D Yorktown in a MM Little Devil. Really disappointed in the quality of this cob. First one I’ve ever gotten from MM like this. A crack runs through the bottom of the bowl and into the hardwood plug. The mortise was drilled a bit crooked too. Oh well, it still smokes fine. ?‍
