Relaxing after a wonderful salad, catfish and asparagus dinner with orange slices and strawberries for dessert. I'm just past the quarter mark in this bowl of year 2013 Stonehaven in a straight sandblasted pre-transition Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver banded military mount and a black ebonite tapered stem.

The fish was grouper, sea bass, black fin tuna, king mackerel, and yellow tail tuna.
The only tubs I’ve had like that were full of catfish. These are really old pictures by the way...
We had Ribeye, a perfectly constructed wedge salad with extra bacon bits and some kind of really good keto cheesy/garlic/butter biscuit. I'll be sneaking a ice cream sandwich in a few, so much for the keto biscuit. The REAL desert is a 2016 Punch Punch cigar, my only smoke of the day.

I don’t know how they fix it everywhere else, but here in Louisiana it’s always dredged in seasoned cornmeal and deep fried. Served with hush puppies, coleslaw, fries or corn fritters, and green tomato relish. Once you get south of Lafayette corn flour becomes more popular than corn meal, though.
