Slept in, late morning with a Briar Works Devil Anse, filled with 5 Bros/Exclusive and espresso. I like this combo in a bowl, it’s low maintenance, burns to the bottom and stays lit. It has a nice natural flavor, it’s Codger friendly

Passing the quarter mark of this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. The ice and snow have melted, but it's still raining. Haven't seen Tomato the Brave or Abner the Eager, and with the weather being what it is, I'm not sure when they'll show up. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Finishing the last of the C&D John Marr I picked this past May in a Rattrays Goblin. Not a bad blend, maybe I’ll buy some more in the future but not in any hurry to do so. With a glass of water and a pile of work.
