I have 5 of these in different shapes from my local B&M. The gentleman assured me they were solid and not pressed meerschaum, so I took the risk at $40-50 a piece and every time the gamble paid off. I'm blessed to have a very, very reputable operation local to me. Thank you, Briar & Burley!

Just finished work and this bowl of D&R Penhooker in a 1990 straight dark brown Commemorative reproduction of the 1890 Peterson Patent System 12393 stack billiard with a silver band and a bowed black acrylic 32 AB long stem p-lip.

Now smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

Half way through this bowl of Wilke Back Bay w/o perique in a straight black sandblasted 1924 Parker’s Super Briar Bark 11 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe was made in the second year of Parker production. I'll end the day with this smoke.
