Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and then smoked a bowl of year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

Then, I smoked a bowl of year 2014 Dan Tobacco Hamborger Veermaster in a medium bend black sandblasted 1925 Dunhill double patent “Shell” 56/10 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Currently, I'm close to finishing this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

Took me quite a while to load my last post. Been having internet problems all afternoon. I've passed the first quarter of this bowl of Watch City English Ernie-ental in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Gold Star Nightwish, neat is my drink. Fed all the ferals, some of them twice.

Opened up a new tin of Old Dark Fired, as I felt my aged 2013 iteration had lost some of its flavor during its aging. As it turns out, this is a situation where the new one wins. Don’t ask me how, but the new has more of the vinegar/BBQ sweetness to it than the particular 2013 vintage I have. I don’t know, things can degrade over time? Let’s not discount that this blend has been out for a long time and features old Mac Baren tobacco to begin with. I do not think that the blend or leaves have changed drastically since 2013. The flakes look identical, both featuring a bit of chalky dustiness on them. Both are fantastic and extremely smooth for Kentucky blends, but the new one wins hands down with it’s BBQ sweetness complimenting the DFK. I wonder what they use in the casing?IMG_1373.jpeg

Krater plug in my cutty.

This was a stellar smoke, im still in awe. Idk why but the flavour came through like ive never tasted them before in my "pipe smoking carreer".

This is how every smoke must be for jiminks🤣

I know what you mean. Once every blue moon, I get a Jiminks smoke, and I have no idea whether it's because of perfect atmospheric conditions, a slight bias of one leaf over another in that particular bowlful of a given blend, one's mood, or what else. It is the Lost Chord, Le Rayon Vert and Dame Vera Lynn singing 'A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square'. Precious moments, and I never know when I'm going to get one :)

Near the half way mark of this bowl of year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Just ordered 12 ounces myself.
I had them set aside a pound for me. I was also able to pick up a few pounds of chocolate Supreme and a pound of the mocha. I'm very excited to try my had at blending some EZ1. I'll keep you all in the loop and hopefully don't give myself brain freeze in the process.

Thanks!
