Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Just fed Daisy the Feral Princess, and will check to see if any of the other ferals are around after I feed Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger.

Today is my 28th wedding anniversary (half my life!), so I am breaking out a special occasion pipe. The weapon of choice today is a Sasieni One Dot (top) Patent (shape 30). This was one of the very 1st pipes made by Joel Sasieni back in the early 1920s. I want to choose a blend worthy of it, so it’s a 2016 Reiner Long Golden Flake.View attachment 363159
Congrats and nice choices!

Enjoyed a great chat with a great friend, and smoked a bowl of year 2014 Astley’s No. 55 in a 1915-1920 straight smooth dark brown BBB Own Make 150 apple with a silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Heard the sad news that Bob Uecker passed away today.
