A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Been raining all morning and will all day, so no walking for me unless luck comes my way.

My man, respect.

I actually enjoy Ten High. Great economy bourbon in a plastic handle (half gallon). Ezra Brooks and Evan Williams also punch above their weight. For whiskey, it's Canada House.

Walking with my daughter and I saw this plate. That's dedication.

Ezra Brooks is good. My best choice however is Buffalo Trace.

Despite the cold, both pipe and match have been immensely enjoyable.

@simong Looks a nice pint; it would be good if we could get together for a pint and a clay.
I was just down the road from you in Nantwich yesterday when I went to see the Sealed Knot re-enactment. I had a tankard of ale and a smoke of GH brown twist in an Old Dominion Jamestown clay pipe with one of the re-enactors. He taught me how to tap the ash out of a clay pipe without breaking it; just lay the pipe across the back of your hand ✋ and gently tap the ash out. I felt like I'd gone back in time (without a police box or a DeLorean):)
Picked 6 bags of rubbish today, returned a shopping basket 🧺 & trolley and reported an abandoned Morrisons trolley in Chesterfield. Keeping up the good 👍 work!
The bus 🚌 I caught to my litter picking session today was the same one I caught when I went to Nottingham pipe show in September; no Redcoat or clay pipe this time:)
Finished my twist now; thanks 👍 for the re-enactment baccy suggestions.
I remember you saying that I should get some of the SG Cannon Plug for the Sealed Knot re-enactments as it's said to have been smoked in clay pipes during the Civil War.

A twofer…after breakfast, I packed the Sav bulldog with Arrowhead, typical for me.

Shortly after that my first sample of plum pudding arrived from SP, too curious to let sit too long. The tin note was predictably smelly from the lat. I don’t have much experience with flake, but crumbled it up a bit and packed it in the Sav billiard. Seemed perfectly ready to light without the need to set out.

Very interesting flavor. Of course the lat stood out immediately, and the perique was easy to recognize, too, nose tingling not far behind. Change of pace, and I liked it.

I’ll get it jarred up and try it from time to time, will see how the experience evolves.
