C&D Derringer bulk in an MM Legend. Later I'm going to experiment with drying St Bruno. Straight out of the pouch I love the sauce but wind up with unlightable damp dottle and wasted tobacco. The other night I dried a portion overnight but got very little sauce, but the base leaf was very good and smoked to the bottom. I must find a happy medium in this dry climate (Arizona)!
Load it in the pipe and let it dry that way. Works for me.

@edger I found St Bruno a bit damp straight from the pouch (in a clay of course); wasting soldier's rations is a definite no!!!

Frasermac (and Ettrick puffer), there is a Scottish pub in Athens, not far from where I live. We have been there once, on a day like this and had the traditional menu with the "ritual" at the start...
It's great to have Poets days, and Robert Burns (1759 – 1796) belongs to the greatests.
