I love a bulldog! I wasn’t attracted to them at all when I first started smoking a few years ago but I picked up an estate GBD bulldog with a very stout mouthpiece and found myself reaching for it bc it is such a great smoker. Nice Comoy!
Yes, me too - the venerable Bulldog is one of the oldest pipe shapes going back to at least the 1880s - in briar at least - and a true classic.

Briar Bulldog from 1884 to slightly more recent examples of meerschaum, meerschaum-washed clay and regular clay bulldogs.

Regarding Comoy's pipes: I bought more of these in the 1970s and 1980s that other brands - apart from Dunhill and Peterson - as I found them very comfortable in the mouth.
