Some old Iron Side in an old Peterson silver band ... since switching the blend to this pipe I am starting to believe more and more that this isn't a blend suited for a pot.

Granger as a 1st smoke in this new Stanwell 32. Received the Granger as a sample from a member here. It’s smoking so well and giving great enjoyment in this pipe, so I’ll have to buy a tub to keep on hand.

Part way through this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in a smooth straight late 1970s Charatan Special 4148DC Reg. No. 203573 pot with a black double comfort vulcanite stem. Time for some walking reps.

I couldn't agree more. That said I am smoking Granger in a Kaywoodie Shelcraft Lumberman.
Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am now smoking the last of my open stash of Sutliff Prince Andrew in a 1980s straight smooth Big Ben pot with a nickel band and a black vulcanite saddle stem. Have some in a jar that I'll smoke some other day. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Going to do another set of walks very soon.
