It was not listed as a topping but present in the flavoring description , i can taste the apple and rum too but no honey . Is there another Solani blend that i must try in your opinion ? I really enjoyed those 2 .

If you like the Aged Burley Flake and haven't had MacBaren's HH Burley Flake or Wessex Burley Slices, those 3 are kind of the trinity of burley flakes and are all excellent.

Klondike Gold (2014) in a 1922 Loewe. I’m glad I was greedy/hoarder when this tobacco was in production.

I really wish they would bring that Klondike Gold back, I never tried it. The reviews on TR sound divine though

Petersons University Flake in a Cobbit Shire. Really like this series from Missouri Meerschaum. Great driving pipe too.

I double check on both 633 and 656 tins and now they said a hint of chocolate (656) and honey(633) but i recall when i was smoking it for the first time , it was advertised 100% natural no added flavor . It still one of my all time favorite burley blend out there !

Have you tried Wessex-Burley Slice? That’s another true Burley Flake, I prefer it over 656.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of Watch City Simply VOriental in an undated straight smooth medium brown Wilshire 5 bulldog (Comoy’s second) made for John’s Pipe Shop in Los Angeles with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Drawing and listening to The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

How’s that 2019 treating you, brother? I’ve literally only smoked one bowl and I didn’t dry it enough. Mine was a bitch to light and keep going, but when it did smolder it was soooo good.

Is that a Sav Series III? I have a couple of thr unfinished Sav's and they are some of my best smokers. I see yours is coloring nicely.

You are the second person to suggest that it’s a Sav. Chasingembers said the same.

It’s quite old. It’s only marking is the word “Italy”.
