Relaxing after a wonderful salad and chili dinner with a bowl of Ken Byron Ventures Sabotage in a medium bend 2003 IMP horn Meer with a black acrylic saddle stem. Watching The Saint. No, not that lousy movie, but the Roger Moore series.

Packed what is mostly Tabac-Manil Semois in an Iwan Ries stamped house pipe made, some years ago, by Benton, a full bent billiard, Group 3/small, almost an Oom-Paul, of Algerian briar. Current Iwan Ries house pipes are being done by the French pipe maker Genod. P.S. Earlier thread asked how I am liking Haddo's. I'm about 2/3 the way through my tin and it is a regular in my rotation and very enjoyable every bowl.

HH Old Dark Fired Plug Cut in a Savinelli Punto Oro Amber Smooth 614 ($80 barely smoked ebay find) with awesome grain. Then some GH Ennerdale Flake (so good!) in an MM Cob. All paired with some Founders Brewing Backwoods Bastard Barrel Aged Wee Heavy and some High Wheeler New Zealand Single Grain Whiskey in my smoke shack at -4F. Brrr.

Did some snacking and am part way through this bowl of Ken Byron Ventures Exhumed Virginia (West’s Best Series) in the first pipe Trever Talbot made when he went to France many years ago. It's a smooth straight Algerian briar Billiard bowl with a long Canadian shank and a black vulcanite saddle stem, unbranded. Watching Green Acres.
