For Fabulous Flaketastic February Friday, it’s WC Nor’easter in the Ashton Apple Pebble Grain XX. A mug of Earl Grey tea accompanying.
A very nice English cake/flake indeed. Described as, “a blizzard of 8 different tobaccos including rough-cut burley, Perique, Black Cavendish. Turkish, and latakia.” The other three varieties must be some quality Va leaf.
Happy Friday All!

Any thoughts on this blend. It’s one I have gone back and forth on trying.
It’s my first time smoking it. I’m not big into aromatics, my thoughts on it would be, well glad I tried it. It smells good in the tin. Some flavor is lost while smoking but smells pleasant. Im about 3/4 the way through a small bowl of it.

Guess the extent of my aromatic experience is very limited with Tombigbee being about the pinnacle of my aromatic smoking enjoyment. (I smoked very few aromatics)

But don’t let my thoughts cloud your pallet.
I have never been paid for my strong mind, but merely my strong back.

If you have a suggestion of a great aromatic to try, I’d love to hear it and try one.

Re: Your anonymous advice, I own the exact same Sherlock tamper, and I dropped it. The pipe bent, but could be bent back, and looks perfect now. From my own mistake, I learned I need to appreciate that tamper on a shelf, since I can't be trusted not to drop it. I now keep it in front of my largest pipe rack. I don't feel smarter, just clumsy.
