Part of the Furniture Now
I've had a good run of aromatics lately so decided to reset with my own take on the Va/Bur/Per classic. The smoking items come from the '50s (pocketknife), '60s (lighter), and'70s (Yorkshire pipe).

Don't know why, but every time I see that tin of tobacco, "Two Mules for Sister Sarah" comes to mind. Kinda irritating, like a banal tune running through your mind. cray

Just a Peterson Saint Patrick's Day 2013 XL90. Nothing all that special, right? Well it's very special to me actually. It was one of the first pipes I bought, along with my first Nording Signature. I wasn't making much money at the time so both pipes, although relatively inexpensive, was seriously splurging! One of my first "real" pipes, my very first Peterson, and it's been a companion all these years now. I would never part with it. I'm finishing off my day with this pipe filled with The Country Squire's Old Toby. Happy smokes, everyone.1000000522.jpg

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, wild caught cat fish and snow peas dinner. I'm smoking year 2014 Full Virginia Flake in a slight bend 1968 group 4S Dunhill Shell 475 cherrywood with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Daisy the Feral Princess has spent the last ten minutes or more fighting a rug and a cat nip toy, separately and together. At one point, she had the toy caught in her claw, and was beating it against the rug. She'd make mince meat of Tarzan.

A graphic artist I certainly am not. In fact, the final result of my other related experiment was a little off-putting, even to me (the tin art, the tobacco blend is fantastic).
