It's off to work. Smoking the last of this jar of Peterson Irish Flake in the sawed-off Savinelli La Corta 510C, pairing it with black coffee and Copenhagen. Enjoy the day and be safe!View attachment 205985
I’ve seen you mention this pipe being “sawed-off” previously—I just assumed the shank was cracked, or you wanted a Nosewarmer version of this model, and you cut it down and recut the mortise—I was unaware of the La Corta series and just looked it up! Those are fun little pipes.

Started the evening with a bowl of Three Nuns in the Tom Eltang Devil Anse.
Moved onto Peterson DNR, rubbed out, in my 1975 Dunhill LBS F/T. Finished off with a bowl off Mac Baran Navy flake in a Dunhill ODA 840 F/T saddle stem. Folded & stuffed half the flake and rubbed out the remainder and completed packing. Drinks were Fox's apple cider & later on Woodford Reserve Bourbon.
A windy evening today, had to sit on the lower terrace to avoid the wind.
