Full Virginia Flake in a Boswell. Finishing off the remnants of my pot of black coffee. I hope you all have a great Saturday.

@blackpowderpiper I enjoyed the Full Virginia Flake in my clay pipes. I like Gawith tobacco in clay pipes as they're very well suited. I was smoking GH brown twist in one of my Old Dominion Jamestown clays at the Sealed Battle of Nantwich re-enactment last month; I had a pint and a clay with one of the re-enactors. Can you imagine how many clay pipes have been smoked with Gawith tobacco over the years?

I was contemplating that very thing this morning as I smoked it. How many issues have been pondered, how many problems have been solved, how much comfort has been received by the smoker whilst puffing on FVF? I would bet a bunch.

Wouldn’t this be the perfect tobacco for you: Sillem’s Musketeer. No Latakia and as the description says it’s cube cut and so it’s easy to load in your clay.

@UB 40 Yes I'll have to try it - with a name like "Musketeer" it sounds like a must try blend - in a clay of course:)
I still think Latakia sounds like a cheap car made in pre civil war Syria:)
