Warped Cloud Hopper in the Astley's bent freehand Dublin. 
It's System Standard 309. I believe the 309 shape was discontinued. I found this at a flea market about 10 years ago, and got it for a song. The rim was a bit beat up, but it cleaned up alright and it's a good smoker, which is the main thing for me.
