Just finished smoking year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Watching an episode of Banacek.

Smoking some Solani Aged Burley Flake in a Kaywoodie. Folded the tobacco in the true flake style. I am mostly an aromatic smoker but I occasionally smoke a burley, Virginia or English blend so I can feel like a man!

@Fralphog Jake Hackert has been making briar pipes and modding cobs for a long time. He sells on ebay and had a twain cob with briar shank up at least earlier today. often wood shanks with hardwood plug and vulcanite stems on the cobs

Not far from finishing this bowl of Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend. Went a little faster than I expected. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
