Strange smoke. Squadron Leader in Peterson POTY 2019 smooth P-lip. For a change, I remembered I was drying tobacco. So, it was at my preferred dryness. But for whatever reason, it won't light the way I wanted. Had to suffer through cool smoke. I don't like cool smoke. It's like eating cold fish that doesn't really taste like fish. How I imagine jellied eel. After couple of false light, was able to get it going and warm smoke was enjoyed with all the glory of pipe smoke.

Classic and classy across the board, from the pipe to the tool, lighter, rope tobacco, and razor blade. Very nice.

Peter Stokkebye's Amsterdam 83 blend of citrusy Virginias and dark-fired Kentucky leaf in a MM and C&D collaboration cob with a dark amber colored bent stem with a diplomat bowl. Working on some writing projects prior to picking up my wife from her book group.
