About half way through this bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Been raining all day, so I don't expect a break long enough to get any walking reps in today.

It hit 40 degrees out, so I ventured out for a Drew Estate Factory Smokes Maduro and cleaned off the flat top griddle so the oldest could make himself breakfast without messing up mom's clean kitchen -- back inside now, smoking some PS Luxury Twist Flake in an Altinay meer ...finishing up last night's growler to..uh..help make room in the fridge.. :) Happy Sunday, folks! puffy

Now smoking year 2016 Newminister 400 Superior Navy Flake in a straight smooth brown year 1948 Parker Super Bruyere patent 23 88/F bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Never realized how great patent Parkers smoke until the three I own came my way.

Yesterday, I smoked the Savinelli Autograph Bent Dublin (Grade 6) that was in the running for a birthday present to myself, but didn't make the cut (I ended up getting it anyway because of the 15% sale on IPSD). This Ropp Etudiant Smooth Squashed Tomato J06 was the other purchase I'd made that day. I'd been eyeballing one like it for months. It was a funny pair to buy at the same time, as the Ropp was exactly 1/10 the cost of the Savinelli—opposite ends of the spectrum in a way, but poetic and egalitarian at the same time.

Last night, I wrote about my father in the thread "Why Did You Start Smoking a Pipe . . ."—I'm going to have Borkum Riff Bourbon Whiskey as a tip of the hat to him. Thanks, Pop!

Why is it calling me a lurker
Until you have a certain number of posts, that's what you and everyone else is called.

Please put your location in your Profile, as people are forgetful.
Why:
That will save questions in the future as to where you live when you later mention local stores, weather, tobacco prices, availability, regulations, location of photos, wildfires, air quality, etc. In many instances that saves time for those who read your posts. It cuts down on posts or PMs asking where you are.
How:
Under your avatar, (top right, left most of three symbols) you choose "Account Details", which brings up "My Account". "My Location" is halfway down. Whatever you're comfortable with- town, city, county, state. province, etc.
