Every time I see one of Craig's pipes I have to resist the wave of PAD.?
Decided it was time to open one of the C&D blends I’ve got (minus a We Three Kings I’m saving for the 2023 holidays). Went with the Super Balkan in my fairly small Scotts sandblast Dublin (there may be a better description). When I imagine what pipe tobacco tastes and smells like — this is pretty much it.

It’s hot in LA today — will be the warm super bowl we’re being promised. Go Rams!

During the Saturday ZOOM with my friends, I had my first smoke in nearly three weeks. I'm slowly starting to get my taste and smell senses back as my Covid subsides. I was very happy to be able to taste, slightly, the McClelland Samovar which I had packed in my 1891 A.D.P. pipe. The encouragement and camaraderie from my ZOOM-mates made for a great afternoon.
