Having what is becoming a bit of a routine morning bowl of KBV Burley Morning Pipe. My drink is a coffee bean from the Dara Sidama region of Ethiopia, brought to a medium roast level, ground to about the size of mustard seeds and prepared in a Chemex with water at 205*F and a 60g/L coffee to water concentration.

Half way through this bowl of year 2010 Mac Baren Burley London Blend in a 2017 smooth, straight medium brown made in France Comoy’s Riband 298 Canadian with a black vulcanite tapered stem. A cup of hot tea is my drink. M'lady went to the store to stock up on food that doesn't need to be cooked in case we lose power during the upcoming ice storm. I'm working, and trying to get as much done on this job as I can just in case I lose work time.
