Half way through this bowl of Jim's Evolving Work Blend in a 2003 Stanwell Golden Danish 56 Rusticated Canadian with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
Now settling into a bowl of KBV/Yoshimi's Sweet Muffin in yet another MM cob. I forgot how good this was, and only wish I hadn't bought into the idea that aromatics suck back when I first 'discovered real pipe smoking.' I wouldn't mind having a couple pounds of this on hand for after dinner smokes.

Did a bit of snacking, and am now smoking D&R Raccoon’s Friend in a pre-1980s straight dark brown Comoy's Sandblast 186 billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Going to back to work.

This week I've really been enjoying HH Bold Kentucky. Great after a meal, but Monday I started my day with it. Right now I'm smoking Bayou Night, which was preceded by a couple bowls of Old Joe Krantz.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of D&R Windsail in a 2013 straight black sandblasted Peterson Sherlock Holmes Series Baker Street with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite fish tail stem. I may finish the night with this smoke. Working and listening to Dragnet on the XM.
The Knight I’ve been carving, 1”x4” piece of linden wood, I have to do something while locked in so I thought I’d try carving a chess set. I brought a few different whittling tools but I did 90% with the little victorinox. I’m also trying to learn blues piano and Japanese but I’m starting to get into this.

Thank you, it’s the fifth piece I’ve done so far, all the pieces are going to be different. I’m starting on a Pawn now while enjoying my Choc/coffee blend in a Legend with a stove top espresso.
So far it smokes well like all of my other 904s etc., just wish it was available sandblasted. May see if one of my artisan buddies can refinish it for me and replace that acrylic stem with a similar colored vulcanite one.
