Revisiting St Bernard Flake. Its a Damn nice vaper. A bit of sweet, a bit of spicey. Nice. Smoking in a Kai Brandy.

Finally done being sick so I decided to take my Peterson system 303 out for her maid voyage. I've got her loaded up with the Country Squire's Shepard's Pie.

Today is what we call 'Frantic Friday' over here, when as many as can, take to the highway to extend their Christmas Holiday visits to the maximum, while others keep shopping as if stocking up for the Apocalypse, realising that their Christmas won't be perfect without some quail's eggs or larks' tongues in aspic or whatever. Ludlow Market was heaving (we realised our Christmas won't be perfect without some Wrekin Blue cheese and a celeriac). We are the food capital of the Marches. Learning some Welsh songs and relaxing with a pipeful of Old Dark Fired. Happy weekend, to those who celebrate

Stopped into Edward’s Pipe & Tobacco in Tampa to pick up some tobacco and cigars. It’s a great little shop. The shop has great character and the staff and regulars are a great bunch of people. Good conversation and great stories. I hope there is a renaissance of these kinds of places.

Savinelli 145th Anniversary VaPer/KY blend in a Ser Jacopo sitter. I hesitate to post this for how good this blend is. St. James Perique and Dark Fired grown along the banks of the Tiber. I will order more if you tin hogs don't sweep them all off the shelves.

Good day all! Started with another go at yesterday's piping, namely Sutliff Cringle Flake 2022. I'm still missing the promised magic with this one after two years of trying. Somehow the rare 19 year old Perique and Red Virginia taste like old newspaper. It's got to be me. Time to retreat to Peterson Flake and regroup.
