Good evening folks -- just finished up a bowl of Mac Baren Symphony from 2020 in a Peterson Roslare XL90 ...sometimes I forget how much I like that blend -- burley forward but with a significant portion of Virginia.

Just loaded up a bowl of PS Luxury Navy Flake from 2020 in a Savinelli Miele ...setting a course heading for Flavor Country...

Having read numerous times that Perique seems to make everything better; I have a half tin left of Ashton's Smooth Sailing & it's been an (aged) enjoyable Aro, for those times when a Sweet Tooth just demands something.
Dried, it burns well, not goopy. So, I took a large pinch (maybe 3-4 pipes), added about 30% C&D Granulated Perique ... (Thank You, Craig, a Pipe Club brother) ... and now have a Home Blend Mixture that just seems to fit with the "aura" of Christmas - New Year's Week, a Holiday time ... Holiday food, Holiday beverages & now a Holiday smoking pleasure. But not trying to usurp any credit here 'cuz I've also read about other folks who've mixed some Perique into BCA, IQ, etc.
