Putting the clay through its paces. This time with a SS gift of GH & Co Dark Birdseye. Working on my favor with the Clay King. @halfdan this is a fine tobacco for the Clay King to have lit by the blacksmith.
@TN Jed Welcome to the Brotherhood of the Clay! I think Gawith tobacco is very well suited to clay pipes. Can you imagine how many clay pipes have been smoked with Gawith tobacco over the years? Be careful not to break the clay; I've lost count of how many I've broken... @Tate says his didn't last very long...

That’s either a very small oriental rug or the biggest pipe in the world 😬
That’s funny Birddog, it’s actually a very small Persian rug sitting on top of my tin storage cabinet. It just ended up being the place where I load and sit the next pipe for a smoke. I hope your having a pleasant weekend and all is finding you well across the pond.
