Last night in a cob some Sutliff 507C. Really liked It. Newminster 400 was first sample bag of straight Va and this now my second sample of a straight Va. Both simple but still really nice smokes.

This morning amid the chaos and fingers crossed a package makes it in time today, another cob with local blend of Xmas Spice.

I have a similar schedule going.. just received samples of 400 and the 507c slices a few days ago. Tried the 400 yesterday. will get to the 507c maybe Christmas day... Please posting your 'results!'

Did a set of walking reps on this very cold, sunny day, and am close to finishing this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. King David Coffee Foglifter, neat, is my drink. Lunch follows this smoke.

Enjoyed a stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with a golden delicious apple on the side. I'm just passing the half way point on this bowl of year 2013 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DR 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Grousemoor Plug in a Scottish Meer. A plug is appropriate because who ever owned this pipe smoked a plug of some kind in it. The pipes exterior has seen better days but it’s solid and smokes fantastic.

The tobacco you see is the petrified remains of whatever was in it. I doesn’t smell or I’m nose blind.
