Getting over a head cold, so today was first smoke in over a week! First was a bowl of Black Mallory in a largish Radice, now working on some Chelsea Morning in this little Castello bent bulldog.
Cornell and Diehl Pegasus in the Tom Eltang bent Egg.
Smoking another bowl of Edward G Robinson in my ropp bulldog , enough fiddle practice for today ! I nail my new reel tho which is called Macroom Lasses

Just a quick bowl of Smoker's Pride cherry in a Kaywoodie white briar. Smokes well but is a real hand burner if I'm not careful.
Another bowl of Edgeworth Match into the Ropp Canadienne with hot cocoa , couldn’t get tired of this blend I’m truly a burley lover .
A little celebratory dinner this evening when I finally got home, now getting ready to see what this 2012 Edition Holiday Spirit is like in a Comoy's Patina 296 (both via the generosity of Santa @captainsousie). I figure it's waited long enough (because I just can't wait, lol) - on opening the tin, other than the nice smooth aroma, is how very dark and rich it looks and to my feel the moisture is just right for lighting right out of the tin. We shall see! I'm going to relax and get caught up on all the pics in here.

Waited all day to have a pipe. Enjoying this bowl… the simple unfinished pipe earning its character…and if you enjoy it - you get it tobacco…reminds me of the simple pleasure of enjoying a pipe. One of my favorite combos. The sof-t is about to come off the end… I don’t think it needs protection…why did I get these damn pipe rubbers anyway?
