Relaxing after a wonderful salad, snapper and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm close to the half way mark of this bowl of year 2018 Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a 1982 smooth straight Dunhill Root Briar 31051 dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Watching the Braves-Phillies game, and when I go to work, I'll listen to the rest of the game.

After avoiding heavy lat blends for a while, a good friend gifts me TS18. It smelled fantastic in the ziplock, so I am smoking it in my MM Wizard. After a couple of puffs and a Google search, i realize i am smoking straight Latakia- and enjoying it. Something is not right.

Bird report: California scrub-jay, Red-tailed hawk, House finch, California towhee, Steller's jay, American crow, Oak titmouse, Mountain chickadee, White-breasted nuthatch, Western bluebird, Mourning dove, and Hairy woodpecker.

Harvested our first watermelon today! Slightly more than football sized. Had to close up the greenhouse early today, though...thermometer read 40 at 6:10am. English blend weather in August!
