The old Stanwell is out and filled with Stubbs pipe…enjoying the late afternoon.

I've wanted a Stanwell Lovat for a while, after reading a thread here on PM from last summer that mentioned how Stanwell got bought and was moved to Italy, I now wanted a Stanwell Lovat made in Denmark. Within minutes of searching estate pipes, I came across this, a Stanwell FM 2000 (Frederikshavn Pipe Smoking Championship) Lovat with Vario style finish (part black sandblast and part smooth flame grain). Didn't hesitate on purchasing and it was delivered today. Enjoying my traditional first smoke of Sutliff Duke Albert through it with a cup of Black tea.

I will be in Porto Portugal on the 26th of this month, and hiking my way to Santiago De Compostela… looking for some smoke shops on my trip. I will be taking the coastal route. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Been relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with the rest of m'lady's strawberry ice cream for dessert. I'm off to work with a bowl of year 2020 D&R Penhooker Silver in a straight smooth brown undated pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock 263 Canadian with a nickel band and a tapered black p-lip stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Listening to the rest of the Braves-Phillies game.
