Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am a third of the way through this bowl of year 2022 Watch City Blue Ridge Special in a straight smooth ebony post-WW2 LHS Sterncrest 91 bulldog with a sterling silver band, a diamond shank and a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Fed the ferals, and am smoking Wilke Surbrug’s Golden Sceptre in a late 40s, early 50s straight black sandblasted Wagner British Thorn 495 (Comoy’s second) pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Listening to the Dodgers-Mariners game.
Had a great birthday dinner with the Mrs, fat and happy with a belly full of mussels, capellini Alfredo, sirloin Marsala, and ice cream with candied pecans and caramel.
Seemed like a perfect time for a cigar, but since I don’t smoke them, Habana Daydream in the Color Duke it is.
Bob and Gracie were a little pissed that our dinner delayed their dinner…but that’s what their bistro lighting is for…

Haunted Bookshop in a Çelebi meerschaum. Third bowl in this pipe and I am still trying to get the bowl to turn black inside. The smokes are cool and smooth for the first third but once it’s “broken in” the last two thirds will be better flavour.
This pipe will probably colour very quickly.
