I have not posted on here of recent due to an ever expanding August work load. I am smoking a bowl of Best Brown No:2 flake in this late 19th century stubby short Austrian meerschaum 'cutty' pipe with amber stem and silver banded stem repair by Northern Briars in the U.K who do excellent work on keeping these old burners cooking!

Been trying for a couple years now to get my hands on one of the Merchant Service Bings. Saw a vintage one on EBAY recently but it went for close to $400, nearly twice what the current one goes for.
