Going to have Peterson Connoisseur’s Choice (thanks again @Servant King !) in a Neerup P. Jeppesen Handmade High Grade Smooth Freehand. This bulky pipe is definitely not a clencher (I generally don’t clench anyway)—its appeal for me was the plateau not being on the heel or rim of the pipe (and I dig the the grain).

Good morning all. I’m smoking WCC OCC in a cob and having a cup of coffee, as I wait for my daughter to return home from her date last night. Texted at 2:00 am that she couldn’t get an Uber, they had both been drinking, blah blah, etc.etc.
Today’s her 22nd birthday, and I have no right to fuss at her, but the poor guy bringing her home is going to get one hell of a stink eye from me.
